Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are not confirmed until written confirmation has been sent and the deposit is paid.
Payments: Non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure a booking. Balance is required six weeks prior to arrival.
Arrivals and Departures: Bookings commence at 3pm on first day of booking and end at 10am on the day of departure.
Pets: Not Permitted.
Parties: We do not accept groups of single sex.
Smoking: Accommodation and communal areas are non smoking.
Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided.
Fuel Costs: Gas and electric are included in the cost.
Condition of property: A £50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking to cover any breakages, this will be refunded once the accommodation has been inspected.
Parking: Designated parking is available at the property (Any vehicle and contents are parked entirely at your risk).
